The way we charge for dolitl can be broken down into three areas.

License Subscription

The license gives you the right to use dolitl for the subscription period. The fee is determined by the number of carers and dolitl site installations. Carers are "employees who generate revenue because of the functionality of dolitl" (typically vets, clinicians and nurses) but not back office administration staff or receptionists.

Each site and carer license includes remote maintenance and monitoring of your dolitl installation, an allowance of secure online data storage for use by dolitl and an email mailbox.

A web license allows the practice to have a public website that integrates with dolitl. This means customers can login, view their account and settle invoices. The website also enables the practice to sell items online.

  • Additional Google Apps Premier mailbox
Web License (optional)
  • Instance of our content management system
  • Maintenance and monitoring of installation
  • Integration with a dolitl installation
  • Web site hosting (up to 500MB web space + 10GB/month data transfer)

Support & Training Subscription

The support and training subscription covers the handling of queries and problems that stem from or are about dolitl.

For the first 6 months the subscription is free so we can get to know each other. We will then look at how much support you have needed to help determine which of our support subscriptions is most suitable for you going forward.

Practices often like to have more general support for their hardware (e.g. any servers, computers and network equipment) and software (e.g. Windows and Microsoft Office). At dolitl we prefer to concentrate on our software, but we can assist you with arranging more general IT support that is beyond the support & training subscription.

Set Up

The set up fee is based on a daily rate and covers the time we spend preparing for, and performing, your installation of dolitl.

Third-Party Integration

dolitl integrates with some third-party products and services to enable additional functionality.

  • Direct scanning of documents into dolitl
  • Automated and integrated sending of emails from dolitl
  • Automated and integrated sending of SMS text messages from dolitl (Clickatell.com)
  • Online postcode to address lookup within dolitl (Postcode Anywhere)
  • Online printing/postage of documents from within dolitl (ViaPost)
  • Online payment processing for public website (PayPal, SagePay and PayPoint.net)
  • Custom reports via Crystal Reports
